Not even a volcano can stop us! A truly Olympic performance.

We recently had the pleasure of organising a European Annual Conference 2010 for a global leading client, specialising in interactive classroom technology.

In Search of Excellence was chosen as the theme to help celebrate an excellent year and refocus for the year ahead. Your Events added an Olympic twist to help make presenters key messages stick. This also gave us great grounding for an ancient Greek themed evening, a mini Olympics (held on the Nintendo Wii and using the client’s kit) and a glittering final gala awards dinner, with the awards themselves hosted by two time Olympic Gold medallist James Cracknell.

The event itself was initially postponed at the last minute due to the Icelandic volcano. So it was all hands on deck to rearrange everything from the flowers to the flights. Working closely with our client we were able to bring everything together successfully, and to protect our clients investment.
