Ice Ice Baby...

Your Events were called upon to produce the annual awards of a high profile repeat corporate client. Having successfully produced the themed event for years, we decided to do something a little different to keep the buzz and excitement around the awards going strong. .

The Radisson Edwardian in Manchester was chosen for is prime location and a function space the allowed us the space and flexibility to create a really memorable transformation. .

Whilst enjoying a drinks reception in the Opus Bar, guests were greeted by our silver body painted stilt walkers and fascinating crystal ball manipulators, giving them a taste of the evening to come. .

When guests were invited into the main room they were greeted by an amazing sight. State of the art lighting, laser effects and custom gobos highlighted the dramatic setting. Tables were dressed with crisp white cloths and silver organza overlays and complimented with icy silver banqueting chairs and individual sculpted ice table centres. .

Full AV support was provided for the Awards Ceremony itself, with giveaway items, light dancers and a vodka luge getting the party started afterwards! .

The evening was deemed a huge success by our client and definitely continued the success of previous year’s events.
