First ever private party to take place in Manchester Central

Your Events organised the first ever private party in Manchester Central this summer! 550 guests attended the luxurious wedding celebration which was themed as a Midsummer Enchanted Garden.

The evening began in the chic white draped and carpeted reception area which was decorated with antique cast iron garden furniture placed around an impressive floral water feature.

Moving into the enchanted garden, the tables were dressed in glistening gold and green crushed velvet fabrics complimented by a forest of 15 foot twinkling trees which created a perfect setting. Colourful butterflies of all different sizes floated above the dining tables and both topiary and ice carved peacocks could be found around the room.

A fabulous three course dinner was catered for by London based caterers, Ragamama’s.

As dinner concluded, an 18-piece party band who had been especially flown in from Paris kick-started the evening. The band’s first set finished but the entertainment didn’t stop. Guests were treated to a spectacular surprise performance from the European dance show Afrika Afrika. Their exciting and quick-paced dance and balancing act left guests enthralled.

A celebrity DJ from India ensured everyone was up and dancing on the giant LED sparkling dance floor. A ‘hang-over bar’ opened at midnight together with a breakfast buffet. Guests were refreshed and danced into the early hours.
