Medieval Banquet at Peckforton Castle

Your Events helped their clients put on a magnificent Medieval Celebration in the authentic setting of Peckforton castle.

The evening marked a successful milestone for the company as well as celebrating the 65th birthday of their founding chief executive.

The festivities began with a costumed minstrel playing on several ancient instruments during the champagne reception as guests had their photos taken in the grounds of the castle.

A sumptuous medieval banquet was then served up in the Drawing Room which was grandly dressed in deep reds and greens.

Banners emblazoned with the company logo were hung around the room and wrought iron candelabras entwined with claret flowers and swathes of tartan completed the look.

As dinner finished, a personalised birthday cake and presents were brought in for the birthday boy. The most unusual present being kept until last - a sculpture of a fish carried in in a full sized bath!!

Guests moved through to the Great Hall where they danced the night away to a sensational band. A night full of merriment was had by all.
